About Andrews Vision
Andrews Vision is a community-led initiative dedicated to celebrating and strengthening the heart of Andrews, North Carolina. Our mission is to bring neighbors, businesses, and local organizations together to build on the town’s natural beauty, small-town charm, and creative spirit — creating a thriving downtown that reflects the pride and potential of our community.
The effort began with our first community meeting on June 25, where residents shared ideas and excitement for Andrews’ future. Building on that energy, a Town Hall on August 26 brought together more than 90 participants to identify shared priorities and form action teams focused on turning ideas into reality.
Our work centers around three community-led action teams:
Beautification – Showcasing Andrews’ character and charm through trees, lighting, murals, and inviting public spaces.
Youth & Families – Strengthening connections across generations through events, programs, and spaces that bring people together.
Business & Tourism – Championing local entrepreneurs, activating downtown spaces, and connecting Andrews to the region’s outdoor and cultural attractions.
Together, we’re building on what makes Andrews special — celebrating our strengths and creating a vibrant, connected community, one project, one event, and one idea at a time.
